Lauren grew up dancing from the age of 4 and after training extensively in Dance and Musical Theatre, she graduated from Guildford School of Acting in 2019. She has since enjoyed a diverse career across commercial dance, theatre, and film that spans from dancing at high end corporate events, to appearing in Netflix’s Cursed. Alongside her performing career, Lauren has several years teaching experience in multiple genres of dance as well as drama and musical theatre, in classes and workshops for all ages from 3 up to 70-something. Lauren prides herself in her fun and inclusive approach to teaching and upholds that the most rewarding thing about it is enabling others in their development and self-discovery. Lauren is so excited to be at the helm as Integr8 Dance expands into Portsmouth!
Charlie graduated from the University of Winchester in 2008 where she studied Choreography and Dance. Alongside contemporary she had been training in Street as well as classical styles. Charlie founded Integr8 Dance in 2009 after seeing a lack of high quality dance in the area. She wanted to bring dance to more people and show how much it can change your life. In 2012 she was awarded Hampshire Associate Dance Artist and Winchester Entrepreneur of the year.
